Prescott Luxury Garages, known as PLG, is a gated garage condominium community on Willow Lake Road in Prescott, Arizona. Buyers own their unit outright, choosing from sizes between 675 and 1,380 square feet, and either keep it as finished, climate-controlled storage or build it out into a private retreat for cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats and RVs. Units are marketed by Mandalay Homes Realty, with pricing starting in the $100,000s.

Units and build-outs

PLG offers twelve floor plans, types A through L. According to PLG’s 2026 Owner Selection Guide, the base unit comes with closed-cell and open-cell spray-foam insulation, an inverter split-system AC, electrical service, water to the unit and an overhead door with opener, with 14′ x 14′ doors on units wider than 18 feet. From there, owners can add mezzanines and lofts, car lifts, kitchenettes, bathrooms, office space, cabinetry and media walls. The photos on this page show one of PLG’s finished build-outs, with RV and boat bays, a glass-fronted mezzanine office, a lounge and a kitchenette.

The community

The property is fully enclosed and gated, with 24/7 video surveillance, controlled gate access and round-the-clock owner access. Owners share a private Owner’s Club with a kitchen, pool tables, a bar area and grills and smokers, along with restrooms, a wash rack, RV services and space for community events.

The community has 59 units in all. Most are sold by the developer, and four are offered for lease. PLG keeps current availability on its availability page. Currently on Motor Stables: Prescott Luxury Garages Unit 4, a 20′ x 50′ garage for lease from November 30, 2026.
