These terms govern your use of motorstables.com (the “site”), operated by Exotic Motors Media LLC (“Motor Stables”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a listing, claim or inquiry.

What Motor Stables is

Motor Stables is a marketplace and directory for automotive real estate, including garage condos, motor suites, collector garages, developments, storage facilities and motor clubs. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender or party to any transaction, and we do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants. Any sale, lease or membership is solely between you and the owner, agent, developer or operator concerned.

Listing information

Listings and profiles are based on information provided by owners, agents, developers and operators, or drawn from public sources. We do not verify every detail. Prices, availability, dimensions, specifications, amenities and images, including renderings and floor plans, are provided for general information, may change without notice and may contain errors. A listing is not an offer to sell or lease. Confirm all details directly with the listing contact and carry out your own due diligence, including professional, legal and financial advice, before making any decision.

Submitting a listing or claim

• You confirm that you own the property or development or are authorized to market it, that the information and images you submit are accurate, and that you have the right to use them.
• You grant Motor Stables a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, edit and promote the submitted content on the site and in our marketing, for as long as the listing or profile is active.
• We review submissions before publication and may edit, decline or remove any listing or profile at our discretion. We may ask for proof of ownership or authority before approving a claim.
• You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date and for telling us when a property is no longer available.

Our guides and articles are general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, zoning or real estate advice, and rules differ by state and municipality.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, post unlawful or infringing content, send spam, scrape or copy the site in bulk, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics and software are owned by Motor Stables or its licensors. Development names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the properties described; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless stated.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email info@motorstables.com with the page address, a description of the work, and your contact details, and we will review it promptly.

Third-party links and services

Changes and removal

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or remove any listing, profile or access to the site at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
