Motor Stables (“Motor Stables”, “we”, “us”) operates motorstables.com, a marketplace and directory for automotive real estate. Motor Stables is operated by Exotic Motors Media LLC, 2 University Plaza, Suite 200, Hackensack, NJ. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us.

Contact and developer inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, company, role, location, details of the property or project you are asking about, and your message.
Listing submissions and claim requests: your name, email address, phone number, role and company, plus the property or development details you provide. If you send us photos, floor plans or documents by email, we keep those too.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
Email correspondence: the content of messages you send us and our replies.

The site has no visitor accounts and takes no payments, so we do not collect passwords or payment card details. Please do not send us sensitive personal information.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies set by Google Analytics and HubSpot. If you submit a form, HubSpot links your earlier and later visits to the contact details you gave us. The site also loads fonts from Google, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
To review, publish and manage listings and development profiles.
To connect you with a listing contact when you ask us to.
To send newsletters and updates you have signed up for.
To understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. The site does not use third-party advertising cookies. We share personal information only as follows:

Service providers that operate the site on our behalf: our website hosting and email providers, HubSpot (customer relationship management, form capture and email) and Google (analytics and fonts). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Listing contacts. If you ask us to pass an inquiry to an owner, agent or developer, we share the details needed for them to respond. When you contact a listing directly by phone or email, that communication is between you and them.
Legal and safety. Where required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Motor Stables, our users or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of the business.

Published listing information

Information submitted for a listing or development profile, including the contact name, brokerage, phone number and email address provided for inquiries, is published on the site and is publicly visible. Do not include information in a listing that you do not want made public. To update or remove a listing, email info@motorstables.com.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies. Google Analytics and HubSpot set cookies to measure traffic and recognize returning visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Email. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed.
Do Not Track. The site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry, submission and subscriber records for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain our business records, and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. Published listings remain on the site until they are removed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@motorstables.com. Depending on where you live, including certain U.S. states, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to verified requests as the law requires and will not discriminate against you for making one.

Where information is processed

Motor Stables is based in the United States and the site is intended for a U.S. audience. If you use the site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party sites

Listings and articles link to websites we do not control, such as developer, brokerage and facility sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
