Revault Miami

Revault Miami is a planned luxury automotive lifestyle development by Newgard Development Group on a 1.2-acre site in Miami’s Little River neighborhood. The project comprises 16 private, customizable car-condo units averaging roughly 2,000 square feet, with climate control and 22-foot ceilings that accommodate up to nine vehicles per unit using stackers.

A second-floor amenity level is planned to include an indoor padel club with four courts, lounges, a café, sauna and steam rooms, event spaces and concierge services. Sales are launching, with construction expected to follow.
